Let’s dive into exploring snacks from the sea! Make ice cream, chocolate milk, vegetarian sushi, and more with a little help from kelp and other sustainable sea crops. Over the course of the session, we will make a recipe book to take home.
This drop-off workshop series meets weekly on Tuesdays from 3:45 pm - 5:15 pm for 5 weeks from March 5 to April 2: 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26, 4/2.
$200 for the five-week session. Members receive a 10% discount.
