Mouse on the Move

  • The Children's Museum & Theatre of Maine 250 Thompson's Point Road Portland, ME 04102 (map)

Is the moon made of cheese? Two curious and hungry mice will attempt to find out in this magical and whimsical story. Help the mousey pair make new friends and explore the world outside their mouse hole. With many chances for interaction, audience members are invited to become a blade of grass in a garden, find a ladybug's hiding brood, and warm a starfish's frozen babies. Young audiences can use their imaginations to travel by boat, car, and plane with the mice, proving that it takes teamwork to make the dream work! This show is ideal for children ages 0-5 and their families.

Produced with special permission from Dramatic Publishing of Woodstock, IL. Written by Janet Stanford and Kathryn Chase Bryer, with music by Tom Luther

Tickets are $15 per person for adults and children. Each child ticket includes an interactive storytelling suitcase for young audiences to use during the play and take home.
