Children's Museum & Theatre Advances Strategic Plan, Sells Building to PMA

On Tuesday, October 15th, we closed on the sale of 142 Free Street to our neighbor, the Portland Museum of Art, allowing us to forward our strategic plan for moving to a new and much larger facility at Thompson’s Point in late 2019 or early 2020. We will continue our vibrant slate of programs here at Free Street while we build the new museum and theatre.
