BOOKING FAQS
ADMIT ONE PASS HOLDER: Have an admit one pass? Please email boxoffice@kitetails.org or call 828-1234 ext. 1 if you would like to make a reservation.
DISCOUNTS: Hoping to use a discount? Because discounts require proof of eligibility, all discounts are only available at walk-in. To see a list of eligible discounts, please visit: https://www.kitetails.org/plan-your-visit.
CASH: Cash purchases are not available for online reservations.
TICKET AVAILABILITY: Online ticket sales end one hour after the start of the visit or when the visit sells out.
ERROR: If you can't enter your desired number of tickets, there aren't enough available; if you receive a "sold out" error, the event is fully booked—restart the selection process or refresh the page to check for cancellations.
PARTIES OF 15+: If your party is larger than 15 people, you will need to contact our booking team at booking@kitetails.org for availability at least one week in advance of your planned visit.
NO UNACCOMPANIED ADULTS: All parties must include at least one child and one adult.
1 AND UP: General admission applies to everyone one year or older. Babies under one do not need to reserve a ticket.
