Calling all kid scientists to Casco Bay! Study seastars, seaweed, and hermit crabs that call this land home. Make a watershed model, meet a life-sized inflatable humpback whale, and explore dam building and removal as we learn ways to care for our neighborhood creatures.

Superhero Scientists: Ages 8-10
Monday, September 25 - Monday, November 6 (Mondays/ Weekly)
Harness the power of science to explore our planet and how we can protect it. Conduct a chemistry experiment to test water for nitrogen, use super powers of observation to discover climate patterns, and get ready to engineer as we use biomimicry to design a habitat to save species threatened by climate change. Take on a superhero persona and discover that each of us has the power to help the planet!
